| 摘 要： | 2008年美国次级贷危机引发的世界金融危机日益扩大,对我国宏观经济的发展带来了巨大挑战。通过深入分析我国宏观调控的特点与面临的挑战,指出应将我国的宏观经济调控体系重新加以定位,而其调控的重点和主要抓手应体现在以下几个方面：把固定资产投资增速控制在合理范围;完善资源要素、价格体系的建立;改变生产要素价格扭曲的非市场化现状;做好资源要素价格调整与汇率改革的协调;优化出口结构的合理调整;加快金融市场的改革和发展步伐;积极借助内需拉动走出失衡;加强区域经济协调发展构筑合作平台等,从而实现我国宏观调控的和谐发展。
