| 摘 要： | 入世后延边地区对外贸易实现了快速增长。但是仍然存在贸易规模小、以初级产品出口为主、过度依赖于俄罗斯和朝鲜贸易等问题。要分享我国加入WTO以及世界经济一体化和自由化所带来的利益。实现延边地区对外贸易的跳跃式发展，必须积极推动图们江地区开发、确保通往日本海的便捷物流通道，并完善投资环境、积极引进资本和技术，发展出口产业、开拓发达国家的出口市场。实现规模经济效益。

| Abstract: | Although foreign trades in Yanbian Areas have been speeded up after China became a member of WTO, problems like small trading scale, primary product-centered exports, Sino-Russian-North Korean trades dependent still exist. In order to share the benefits of global economic integration and free trade with China＇s entry into WTO, it is necessary to further put forward the development of Tumen River Area, ensure a convenient transport to Sea of Japan, better the environment for more investment and technologies, strengthen export-oriented industries, explore export markets in developed countries, and implement scale economy so as to realize another leap in foreign trades in Yanbian Areas. |
