| 摘 要： | 作为元末农民起义领袖,方国珍升降起伏的一生走过几步关键的棋,有对有错。他树反元大旗,归顺朱元璋两步棋走得很精彩,但他对待人才的几步棋却都走错了。究其原因,与方国珍读书少、文化素养低,志向不够远大有关。

| Abstract: | As the leader of the peasant uprising in the late period of the Yuan Dynasty,FANG Guo-zhen made some important decisions in his life.He had made two right decisions ,one is against to the Yuan Dynasty and the other is to assist ZHU Yuan-zhang.But he failed in treating the talents.That was because FANG Guo-zhen read too little,had low cultural quality and his aspiration was not far-reaching. |
