蒋中正庐山谈话会讲话发表经过

蒋中正于1937年7月17日在第一期庐山谈话会第二次共同谈话对于卢沟桥事变发生后政府处理方针的报告,被认为是对卢沟桥事变的严正表示,宣示政府的立场,以及抗战到底的决心。除了1937年7月19日分开发表的谈话会讲词外,这份报告存在基本精神与立场相近但内容互有出入的三个版本:"速记录"、"致词"和《告全国国民书》,三者相互参看,方能进一步了解政府在卢沟桥事变初起时的政策方针;另一方面,由"讲词"发表过程中,蒋氏对于内容的斟酌,以及发表时间、形式的考虑,亦可以看出作为一个领导者,蒋氏在处理关乎国家未来发展之重大决定时的态度与决心。
