| 摘 要： | 上海在实现高碳产业低碳化转型方面还存在一定的困境,走出这些困境的路径主要有：产业结构的调整与构建;产业的技术创新;产业能源与效率的提高;国际产业转移的把握;国际间技术交流与合作;碳交易市场的建立。为使这些路径得以有效实施,提出制定产业结构、产业技术以及完善碳交易市场等对策建议。

| Abstract: | The development of low-carbon economy is the inevitable choice of Shanghai’s development in 12th five-year-plan period. There are still some difficulties in achieving low carbonization of high-carbon industries in Shanghai. To solve these difficulties, we should adjust industrial structure, strength technical innovation, improve industrial efficiency, grasp international industrial transfer and establish carbon trading market. |
