上海镇村中小企业现状与调整提高对策研究

乡镇企业是中国亿万农民的伟大创造。上海乡镇企业（即镇村中小企业）曾有过辉煌的历史，曾为上海农民增收、农村面貌改变和全市经济发展作出了重要贡献。进入21世纪以来，由于种种原因，上海乡镇企业发展步履艰难，发展逐趋停滞，给当前农民增收和农村面貌改变带来许多不利影响。继续增强上海镇村中小企业活力，是农村经济社会发展的需要，也是上海发展的需要，是上海统筹城乡发展、破解城乡二元结构、加快城乡一体化的重要物质基础。

Research on measures to improve Shanghai＇s SMEs in towns and villages

Shanghai’s SMEs in towns and villages have had a glorious history and made important contributions to improve farmer’s income and change rural landscape.Entering 21st century,the development of Shanghai’s SMEs in towns and villages faces a lot of problems and exerts adverse effects on the improvement of farmer’s income and the change of rural landscape.To enhance the dynamism of Shanghai’s SMEs in towns and villages is the need for Shanghai to co-ordinate the development of urban and rural area.
