| 摘 要： | 文章对我国农村现阶段养老的特殊性,进行了简单介绍和分析评价,提出了要根据地区差异以家庭养老、土地养老为主建立多层次的农村养老保障体系,探索农村养老保障的新方式和新思路,同时,要大力发展农村社会养老保险制度及农村老年人医疗保障、福利事业。

| Abstract: | This essay gives us a simple introduction and analysis about the specialties in Chinese rural areas,and puts forward a new thought that a multi-tiered old-age security system based on the regional diversities and the field security should be set up,that new ways and thoughts should be discovered,and the social insurance system and the old-age medical care security and welfares systems should also be emphatically developed in rural areas. |
