| 摘 要： | 本文对个体私营经济在社会主义市场经济中的地位与作用进行了分析和探讨。认为，它是社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分，是新的生产力的增长点。它在活跃市场流通，促进市场发育，拓宽城乡就业渠道，促进社会稳定等方面都起着不可等闲视之的积极作用。它还是推动国有企业改革的“催化剂”。

| Abstract: | Having discussed and analyzed the position and function of the individually private economy in the socialist market economy, this paper concludes that it is not only an important part of the socialist market economy but also a new increasing point of productivity. It plays an extremely active part in the stimulation of the interchange of the market, in the promotion of the market development and in the widening of employment channels of both urban and rural areas as well as in the promotion of the social stability. Besides, it is also a catalyst to move foe reform of the state-owned enterprises. |
