大力加强凉山州职业教育的师资队伍建设

职业教育是我州教育中非常重要的组成部分,发展职业教育具有特殊的、重要的意义,而职业教育中的一个关键问题在于师资队伍建设。通过提高职业教师的思想政治素质、优化知识结构、健全培训和考核制度、加大基地建设、开辟新的引进途径和加强中青年骨干教师队伍建设,从而为我州职业教育建设一支能适应21世纪职教发展需要的师资队伍。

The occupation education is an extremely important constituent in the efducation of Liangshang Prefecture.The development of occupation education has special and vital significance.But in the occupation ed- ucation one essential question lies in the teachers' troop construction.Through improving the professional teach- ers' political and ideological quality,optimizing their structure of knowledge,perfecting the training and assess- ing system,strengthening the construction of base,opening up the new introduction ways and strengthening the young and the middle aged key teacher troop building.
