| Abstract: | With the development of reforming and opening ,there were a lot new problems in the rural areas, agriculture and farms in China. Faced the new circumstances, DENG Xiao-ping made strategic consideration and took effective measures to solve the problems. DENG Xiao-ping's thought to solve the problems of the agriculture , countryside and farmers has a significance for the present. |
