| 摘 要： | 高素质人才培养是一项复杂的系统工程 ,传统的教学活动已适应不了培养研究型、创新型、复合型的高素质人才的要求。教师必须更新观念 ,进行创造性教学劳动 ,拓宽教学内容 ,遵循教学规律 ,研究时代特点 ,改革教学方法 ,才能培养出适应时代需求的高素质人才。

| Abstract: | It is a complex project to cultivate high quality personnel.The traditional education activities couldn't meet the needs of academic, creative and complex high quality personnel. The teachers must change their concepts, conduct creative teaching activities, widen the teaching contents, follow the teaching principles and study the characteristics of the time, and reform their teaching method, so as to cultivate high quality personnel fit for the time. |
