| Abstract: | Faced with existing debt issues in foreign government loans, this paper analyses the necessity of establishing a statistical debt supervising system of foreign government loans. Then, this paper studies the indicators of the statistical debt supervising system and presents strategies to apply it. The establishment of a statistical debt supervising system of foreign government loans is helpful for the macroscopic provincial and municipal management of the debt issues in foreign government loans. |
