公共服务合同外包：文献综述及其延伸

公共服务合同外包改革是近二三十年来国内外理论界研究的热点问题。国外学者主要围绕外包什么、如何管理外包合同、外包效果如何、什么因素影响外包效果等主题展开相关研究．而国内学者则从理论与实践两个维度对公共服务合同外包问题展开了深入的研究。现有的理论研究与实践研究仍然存在着盲点与空白，而这为今后进一步的研究预留了空间并指明了方向。

The Public Service Contracting Out:a Review of the Literature and Its Extension

More and more scholars have paid attention to public service contracting out in recent twenty to thirty years.The scholars overseas mostly care for three topics: what have been contracted out,how to manage the contract,the effect of contracting out and what factor influences the effect of contracting out.However,the scholars in China mainly make their research in the two levels of theory and practice.The existing theory and practice research still exists blind and blank,which reserves space and points out the direction for the further study.
