| 摘 要： | 企业创新活动会产生外部效应或者说溢出效应,由此导致企业创新活动中搭便车的行为。目前,学界关于外部效应对企业创新活动影响的研究比较多,但是对企业创新活动溢出效应的研究还比较少。在检索了"中国知识资源总库"和"中国期刊网"等相关数据库后,对企业创新活动及其溢出效应问题的相关文献进行了梳理,指出了当前研究存在的不足,并指出了今后应进一步加强研究的领域。

| Abstract: | Enterprise innovation activities will generate external effects or spillover effects and cause the hitchhiking behavior.At present,the studies about the external effects on enterprise innovation activities abound,but few researches on spillover effects have been donne of enterprise innovation activities.Based on the retrieval of "China National Knowledge Resources Database" and "China Journal Net Database",and combing the related literature on enterprise innovation activities and spillover effect,the present research points out the weaknesses in the existing studies as well as areas of research to be strengthened in future. |
