| 摘 要： | 加入WTO后,我国建筑业拥有了更为广阔的建筑市场空间,而索赔是国际工程承包中经常发生并且随处可见的事情,因此应通过学习和借鉴国外索赔管理的先进经验和操作模式,建立和完善我国与国际惯例相适应的索赔管理体系。

| Abstract: | Entering into WTO makes building industry have wide building market space in our country. And claim damages often takes place and seen everywhere in the international projects contracting. We should set up and perfect the claim damages management system in conformity with international practice in our country through studying and using the advanced experience of claiming damages management and operation mode of the foreign countries for reference. |
