| 摘 要： | 阐述了中部地区加快新农村建设的现实意义,提出中部新农村建设应树立全面发展、城乡统筹发展、可持续发展、以创新求发展等四大发展理念,通过着力打造新农村产业支撑体系、农民教育体系、带农产业体系、农民增收体系,加快中部地区新农村建设步伐。

| Abstract: | This paper illustrates the practical significance of speeding up the construction of the new countryside in China's central areas,then put forward four development ideas in the construction of new countryside in China's central areas: all-round development,urban and rural planning and development,sustainable development,innovation and development,which focused on creating new rural support system,farmer's education system,with agricultural production system,farmer's income system so that the pace of construction of new countryside in central areas can be speeded up. |
