| 摘 要： | 本文从俄联邦现代政治史的视域，对后苏联时代俄罗斯政治意识与政治身份的转变进行分析，探讨苏联解体后俄罗斯社会区域政见一致性问题。俄罗斯社会转型的过程是同植根于公民意识结构、社会经济和政治行为模式中的价值体系的深刻转变密不可分的。文章指出，在形成和发展大众政治意识的过程中地区因素起到实质性的作用，而引起大众政治意识社会变革的总体原因还是社会文化根基。
