| 摘 要： | 研讨式教学法是培养大学生综合能力的一种行之有效的教学方法。在公共政策课程中研讨式教学可分为案例研讨、具体政策研讨、问题研讨等三种类型，具体操作过程可分为设立主题、独立研究、小组研讨、课堂展示和答辩、师生点评等五个环节。为提高研讨式教学的实效性，必须实现教学理念、教学设计、评价体系的转变。
