情境式中小学校长培训模式的情境创设

摘    要:从情境出发,注重校长个体的隐性知识的作用,立足于真实情境让校长去学习,去主动获知,这正是情境式中小学校长培训模式的核心所在。依据“真实性”创设情境,就是为了能将学习的内容更好地镶嵌到情境中去而设计的策略,然而,基于真实情境学习是有限的,需要将情境进行再现和扩充。因此,依据内容镶嵌到情境中的方式,情境式小学校长培训模式把情境创设的基本类型分为“真实的情境”、“再现的情境”、“扩充的情境”。

Abstract:The main aim in the situation type headmaster training is proceeding from situation, paying attention to the function of the headmaster individual's recessive knowledge, basing on the true situation and getting knowledge voluntarily, this Open situation tactics according to "authenticity", only for designing better content of study so that can inlay it in the situation , however, the study is limited on the basis of the true situation, need to reproduce and expand the situation. So, inlaying the way in the situation according to the content in the situation type headmaster training divides into "true situation"," situation reproduced", "situation expanded".
