积极心理学视野下的学校生命教育方法探析

摘    要:积极心理学蕴含着丰富的现代生命教育思想,尝试从中发掘生命教育的理念、方法和技术。首先,关注人性的积极面有利于把握生活真谛与生命本质,形成正确的生命观;其次,关于主观幸福感、积极心理品质以及社会组织的研究,为生命教育目标的实现提供方法依据;最后,从寻找优势、灌注希望和赋予力量等技术中找到具体可操作的生命教育技术。模仿成功人士外化的思维和行为模式,可作为更具体的教育手段应用于学校生命教育中。

Abstract:Positive psychology contains abundant thoughts of modem life education. We will try to find concepts, methods and techniques of life education from it. Firstly, focusing on the positive side of human natures is helpful to grasp the true meaning of life and the essence of life, and to form the correct outlook on life. Secondly, we should pay attention to the researches of positive psychology on subjective well-being, positive psychological traits, and positive social organizations, then provide the methods to achieve the goals of life education. Finally, from seeking advantage, perfusion hope and giving strength, we find the specific operational techniques of life education. Imitating the successful people's thinking and behavior can be used as a more specific measure for life education.
