On the methods and techniques of school life education with the perspective of positive psychology

Positive psychology contains abundant thoughts of modem life education. We will try to find concepts, methods and techniques of life education from it. Firstly, focusing on the positive side of human natures is helpful to grasp the true meaning of life and the essence of life, and to form the correct outlook on life. Secondly, we should pay attention to the researches of positive psychology on subjective well-being, positive psychological traits, and positive social organizations, then provide the methods to achieve the goals of life education.
