| 摘 要： | 在介绍我国当前研究生奖助体系基本情况的基础上，分析了我国研究生奖助体系中存在的主要问题，阐述了在研究生培养机制改革背景下要从研究生多元化奖助体系、动态化竞争机制、人性化评价体系和规范化管理体制入手，构建起新型研究生奖助体系，以促进拔尖创新人才培养，全面提高研究生培养质量。

| Abstract: | Based on the introduction of the current situation of postgraduate financial assistance and scholarship system in China, this paper analyzes the main issues existing in postgraduate financial assistance and scholarship system and explains how to construct a new type of postgraduate reward systern, which aims to promote the cultivation of topnotch innovative talents and to improve the quality of postgraduate cultivation comprehensively, starting with the research of diversified system of postgraduate financial assistance and scholarships, dynamic competition mechanism, human evaluation system and standardized management system in the context of reforming postgraduate training mechanism. |
