| 摘 要： | 城市不仅是区域经济社会发展的基本动力,也是国家经济社会发展的重要载体;创新型城市不仅是创新型区域概念的基本内核,也是创新型国家概念的城市化。鉴于此,建设创新型城市不仅是建设创新型区域的重要突破口,也是建设创新型国家的主要立足点。
