产权管制、要素投入与林业经济增长关系的实证分析

产权结构的变化会影响产出的变化,林业产权制度不断变革的过程也是林业产权管制不断放松和产权结构不断变化的过程。文章从林业产权管制放松的视角入手,运用主成分分析方法度量林业产权管制的制度变量,并将其与资本等其他要素投入相结合,分析它们对林业产出的共同作用以及它们之间的关系。利用1996—2007年间广东省林业相关数据验证了林业产权管制的放松对于林业产出具有重要贡献的假设关系,而且两者之间的关系具有长期稳定性。研究认为由于外部性等因素的影响,林业产权管制的放松对于林业产出的贡献有限,但是目前林业产权管制仍有进一步放松的空间,仍需不断完善林业产权制度。

An Empirical Analysis on the Contribution of Regulation of Property Rights and Input Factors to Forestry Economic Growth

Changes in the structure of property rights will affect the output changes.The process of constant change of the system of forest property rights accompanied constant diversification in the structure of property rights and continuously deregulation of forestry property rights.Based on deregulation of forestry property rights,this study utilizes principal component analysis to measure the institutional variable of regulation of forestry property rights,and take this variable combined with other input factors,such as capital,to analysis their contribution to forestry output and the relationship between them.The empirical data relate to forestry of Guangdong province during 1996—2007,proves the hypothesis that deregulation of forestry property rights play an important role in forestry output and the relationship between them are long-term stability.The results show that as the impact of external factors such as externality,the contribution about deregulation of forestry property rights to forestry output is limited,but regulation of property rights has also room for further relaxation,and the system of forestry property rights need to continuous improvement.
