| 摘 要： | 党建工作机制的完善与创新是提高农村党建水平、开拓农村党建工作新局面的重要途径。农村基层党建工作机制的完善与创新,包括农村党建的领导机制、教育管理机制和服务机制的完善与创新。农村党建的领导机制应该从完善农村党组织的干部任用机制和健全农村党组织的领导决策机制等方面进行完善与创新;农村党建的教育管理机制要在教育培训制度、教育培训内容和教育培训形式上进行完善与创新;农村党建的服务机制可以从为村民服务机制和为党员服务机制等方面进行完善与创新。

| Abstract: | The mechanism innovation and perfection of grassroots Party construction is an important approach to improve the level of Party construction and then open a new prospect in rural areas.It consists of the perfection and innovation of such mechanisms as leadership mechanism,educational administration mechanism,service mechanism and so on.The innovation of the leadership mechanism should focus on the perfection of the cadre employment mechanism and the leaders’ decision-making mechanism in the rural Party organization while the innovation of educational administration mechanism should concentrate on the system,contents,and the methods of the educational training.In addition,the service mechanism should centralize on the villagers and the Party members in the villagers. |
