期刊信赖关系的层面探究

基于编辑出版流程涉及的利益相关者主体,期刊信赖关系的6个层面是:1.作者对期刊的信赖;2.作者对编者的信赖;3.编者对读者和作者的信赖;4.编者之间的信赖;5.编者对期刊管理机构的信赖;6.期刊评价机构和影响评价的利益相关者的信赖。形成作者对期刊和编者的信赖具有的共同特征是:投稿或关注等支持行为在时间上的较长持续性或经常性,以及基于某种可期待的利益,其利益包括特殊的情感和愿望。无论是编者之间的信赖还是编者对其管理机构的信赖,尤其要考虑的几个方面:一是建立合理、规范的编辑绩效薪酬机制;二是建立高效、科学的编辑工作和科研业绩激励机制;三是建设编辑及团队的荣誉观机制;四是鼓励编者之间建立友谊;五是营造和谐愉快的编辑出版工作环境和氛围。

A Study on the Level of Journal Reliance Relationship

Based on the stakeholder involved in editing and publishing process,journal reliance concerns six levels:1.reliance of an author on a journal;2.reliance of an author on editors;3.reliance of editors on an author and readers;4.reliance between editors;5.reliance of editors on journal management body;and 6.reliance of stakeholders of journal evaluation agencies and impact evaluation.The common feature of forming the reliance of an author on a journal and editors is the relatively long continuity and usualness of submission and concern and other supportive behaviors as well as a certain expectable benefit that includes some special emotions and desires.Regarding the reliance between editors or that between editors and management agencies,the following aspects should be considered:1.to set up reasonable and normative erformance-related pay system for editors;2.to set up effective and scientific incentive mechanism for editing work and cientific research achievement;3.to set up honor idea of editors and an editing team.4.to encourage the friendship between editors;and 5.to create a harmonious and happy atmosphere for editing and publishing work.
