后单位社会下城市社区意识的重塑

培育居民的社区意识有助于协调社区阶层间的利益和矛盾,维持社区的和谐与稳定,降低社区治理的成本。当前城市居民的社区意识还较为低迷,具体体现在以下4个方面:社区认同度不够,社区公共理性缺失,社区参与率不高,社区满意度偏低。浓厚的单位意识而低迷的社区意识制约了城市社区建设的发展。破除单位社会后遗症需要加快社区意识重塑:培育社区组织,重构精神家园;拓宽社区参与,深化社区自治;培育社区资本,促进社区发展;开展社区教育、重塑公共理性。

On the Reconstruction of City Community Consciousness in the Post-unit Society

Training the community consciousness helps to coordinate the interests and contradictions between social classes,maintain the harmony and stability of the community,and reduce the cost of the community governance.At the present,the city community awareness of residents is still weak and is reflected in the following four aspects:the community identity is not enough and the lack of the community public reason,community participation rate is not high and the community satisfaction is low.Strong unit consciousness and the lack of the community consciousness have restricted the development of urban community construction.To eliminate the effects of the unit society,it is necessary to hasten the reconstruction of the community consciousness.We need to foster community organizations and rebuild our spirit homes,broaden the community participation and deepen the community autonomy.In addition to these,it is necessary to foster the community capital to promote the community development and community education to reshape the public rationality.
