| 摘 要： | 2011年下半年,我国对于新闻出版、广播电视等传统媒体的法制建设逐步推进、互联网治理力度不断加大、政府信息公开继续发展、著作权保护加强、媒体名誉侵权认定仍存在争议、个人信息保护日益受到重视、舆论监督出现新特点和新问题。

| Abstract: | In the second half of 2011,China gradually impelled the construction of law system in press,publishing,radio,television and traditional media industries.Administration to Internet was further strengthened.The Internet regulation was intensified.The disclosure of government information was developed gradually.The protection of copyright was improved.The dispute on the infringement of the right to reputation caused by media was continued.The protection of personal data was paid more attention.New characteristic and problem appeared in the supervision by public opinion. |
