中国当前的高收入阶层分析

高收入群体目前在我国占据着重要的地位,首先表现为其所拥有的财富总量巨大;其次表现为该群体有着相对固定的职业和社会身份象征,开始具有相似的自我身份认同感和政治、经济、文化需求。当前的高收入群体出现了阶层化的特征,导致了我国贫富差距的持续扩大,影响了我国的社会结构的优化,增加了社会矛盾和社会冲突的风险。在哈贝马斯的国家社会＂三分法＂的基础上,从政府、市场及公民社会（社会文化）的视角分析了我国当前的高收入阶层的产生、发展过程及功能,同时提出了缓解贫富差距和化解社会阶层间差距的对策。

Analysis of High Income Social Stratum in China

Presently the high income community plays an important role in China.They possess huge wealthy,and have developed similar self-identity and political,economic and cultural demands based on their relatively fixed occupation and social status symbol.Currently the high income community in China is characterized by stratification,leading to the facts that the gap between the rich and the poor keeps widening,the optimization of social structure has been affected,and the risks of social contradiction and conflict increase.Based on Habermas’ theory of "trichotomy",the emergence and development of high income social stratum in China as well as its function are analyzed in this paper from the perspectives of the government,the market and the civil society(social culture).The strategies to narrow the gap between the rich and the poor and to settle the social stratum disparity are also suggested.
