| 摘 要： | 针对高校社科学报存在的＂全、散、小、弱＂问题并为学界所诟病这一现实,高校社科学报采取建设＂特色栏目＂的措施以获得发展不失为一种智慧选择。在建设高校社科学报＂特色栏目＂时,高校社科学报的办刊人应确立学术性意识、＂有所为有所不为＂意识和主体意识。

| Abstract: | In view of the problems in university journals of social sciences,such as too general,decentralized,small-scaled,insignificant,which are condemned by the scholars,this paper holds that the construction of characteristic columns for university journals of social sciences is a good solution in this respect.And the academic awareness,"do or not do" awareness and subject awareness are necessary in constructing characteristic columns for university journals of social sciences. |
