| 摘 要： | 通过一些高校现行实例分析,从科学设置评价指标、明确指标内涵定义、合理确定指标权重和完善评价标准等方面对高校普通实验室绩效评价指标体系的设计进行了探讨,尤其是提出了打破满分制制约的观念,为科学合理设计实验室绩效评价指标体系及有效达到考核目的提供了一条基本思路。

| Abstract: | With case studies of several ordinary laboratories in universities,this paper focuses on the design of performance evaluation index system in this respect.The design should adopt proper evaluation indices and reasonable index weights,clarify the definition of terms,and improve evaluation criteria.The paper also raises the suggestion of breaking down the convention of "full mark" system,which provides an idea for designing the system scientifically and effectively. |
