| 摘 要： | 探讨了我国现代化进程中的农村法治建设问题。指出由于国家制度供给、国家发展模式与资源配置、农村社会结构、历史传统等方面因素的影响,目前农村法治建设仍然存在农民的主体地位没有确立、法治的平等精神缺失、农村法律制度不健全等突出问题。认为农村法治的未来发展宜采用政府主导推进型模式,在政府领导下通过各种具体制度的建构来促进农村法治的发展。
