| 摘 要： | 教学秘书工作是高等院校教学管理工作的一个重要环节。教学秘书在教学管理中处于举足轻重的重要地位。而外语院系教学秘书在外语教学中又有其新的特点,同时也对外语教学秘书的工作提出新的要求。
