| 摘 要： | 阐明了充分认识加强学风建设的重要性和紧迫性,提出了全面加强高校学风建设的措施:(1)以德治校;(2)从严管理;(3)加强人文素质教育;(4)加强典型教育;(5)环境育人;(6)全员育人。最后提出全面加强学风建设的一些建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the full understanding of importance and urgency of strengthening academic atmosphere construction, the countermeasures to strengthen academic atmosphere construction in an all-round way at colleges and universities are proposed as follows: (1) run a college or university by virtue; (2) be strict in administration; (3) strengthen quality education in humanities; (4) strengthen the education by typical cases; (5) educate people by environment; (6) educate people by all of the staff. Eventually some suggestions to strengthen academic atmosphere construction in an all-round way are proposed. |
