| 摘 要： | 法治启蒙的内容包括建构法治精神与批判传统政治法律意识。法治精神即现代政治法律意识,包括民主意识、契约意识、法律至上意识、公民意识、权利意识、自由意识、平等意识、责任意识等。在建构现代政治法律意识,弘扬法治精神的同时,还要大力批判传统的政治法律意识。我国传统的政治法律意识主要有官本位意识、臣民意识、法律工具意识等。

| Abstract: | The enlightenment contents of rule of law include the construction of spirit of rule of law and the criticism of the traditional political legal consciousness. Spirit of rule of law is the modern political legal consciousness which includes democratic consciousness, contract consciousness, law being the first consciousness, citizen consciousness, right consciousness, freedom consciousness, equality consciousness, responsibility consciousness and so on. In the meantime of constructing modern political legal consciousness and spreading the spirit of rule of law, efforts should also be made to criticize the traditional political legal consciousness. The traditional political legal consciousness in China mainly includes official consciousness, subject consciousness, legal tool consciousness and so on. |
