| 摘 要： | 农业执法是适用法律发展农业,建设新农村,解决农村、农民、农业同题的主要保障手段.甘肃少数民族地区农业执法现状比较落后,应尽快完善农业执法体系建设,实行农业综合执法.从机构设置、经费管理、人员配置、制度建设、监督体制等多方面人手,建成一支廉洁公正、作风优良、业务精通、素质过硬的专职农业行政执法队伍.
