| 摘 要： | 秩序成为问题,是转型变革社会的特征.中国正处在社会转型过程之中,社会秩序以前所未有的明晰性和严峻性凸显出来,这既是社会分工细化的市场经济对秩序地内在要求,也是现代社会将人的全面自由发展确定为具有终极意义的社会价值之后秩序实现要求,更是我国处在特殊的转型时期所导致的秩序的稀缺所致.而实质上,任何一种社会转型都是打破原有社会秩序建立新的社会秩序的过程,社会秩序对于社会和谐发展的基础价值凸现.
