高校人才招聘的模糊综合评价研究

摘    要:我国高等教育的发展,人才在高校的竞争中的作用愈来愈明显,而高校在人才招聘中,许多因素具有模糊性,这些因素与评判等级之间存在模糊关系。为了反映各因素的重要程度,改进和完善对引进的高校教师进行定量评价的方法,引入了模糊数学方法,用模糊数学建立综合评判模型对应聘人员进行评价、选拔。
