| Abstract: | Based on investigations of Longyan,this paper analyzes the basic status of rural women labour migration and their quality that restricts their migration and employment.Furthermore,it also emphasizes the great significance of strengthening publicity of equality between the gender,rural fundamental education,vocational education and employment service,which break through the quality bottleneck and speed up migration of rural surplus women labour force. |
