| 摘 要： | 采用YPLL潜在寿命损失年(yearsofpotentiallifelost),本文提出了一种对城市水污染人群健康损害进行定性定量评价的方法,并对西安市水污染人群健康损害造成的经济损失进行了价值评价。它对完善污染损失计算方法和城市环境可持续发展指标体系的建立有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | By using YPLL (years of potential life lost), a method to determine qualitative and quantitative analysis assessment on urban health danger caused by water pollution was presented in this paper, and the money value of economic loss was measured for the Xian city. It is of great importance for consummation of the evaluation approach of the pollution loss and the indictors system of urban environmental sustainable development. |
