关于旅游学研究的几个问题

旅游是旅游学的基本概念之一，目前国内外学术界的4种定义具有外延过大的缺点，笔者的定义着眼于它的内涵性。旅游学研究的意义，体现在揭示其对于旅游主体、对国民经济发展、对旅游学理论建设与旅游业实务建设3个方面的价值。导游素质是旅游业发展必须注意的问题。导游代表旅行社的形象，是旅行社经济利益得以实现的关键，是旅游活动的主要组织者；导游的素养，应该体现为5个方面的才能。
