| Abstract: | This article starts with a general introduction to the major Chinese and foreign views on the relationship between law and morals. It then, with the guidance of Marxism agues that there is an inevitability of moral factors in rule by law and demonstrates the existing modes and functions of moral factors in enacting law, executing the law, administration of justice and observing the law. |
