| 摘 要： | 从行业协会目前在反倾销中的作用谈起,分析了我国行业协会在反倾销中存在的主要问题,提出了我国行业协会在面对国外反倾销的现实挑战过程中应采取的相应对策.只有这样,我国的反倾销工作才可能顺利开展,切实维护国内产业的合法权益.

| Abstract: | The paper began with the functions of profession association taken in anti-dumping at present, then analyzed the main problems existing in our country profession association facing anti-dumping, in the end, it put forward the countermeasures adopted by our country profession association at facing anti-dumping actuality challenges abroad. By the way, the work of our country's anti-dumping is possibly taken smoothly, in order to insure the legal rights of the local industry. |
