| 摘 要： | 封建社会中后期 ,尤其是到了近代 ,中国西部经济大大落后于东部地区。在近代历史上 ,曾经出现过若干次西部开发的热潮 ,其中较大的有三次 ,这三次西部开发虽为西部经济发展起过积极的作用 ,但由于开发的动因均与战争有关 ,因而开发过程表现出周期性的大起大落 ,未能形成西部经济持续发展的基础 ,更未解决我国经济均衡发展的问题。

| Abstract: | In the pre modern history, there appeared several western development upsurges, three of which were considerable.The three developments are favorable to western development ,but their causes had something to do with wars, so fluctuating periodicity occurred during the process of development and the base of western development was not formed.and the question of balanced development of our country can not be solved. |
