| 摘 要： | 本文从精神、精神权利与精神利益、精神损害的概念分析入手,对学术界现有的有关法人精神利益损害赔偿的观点进行评述,并从制度建立的必要性与可能性入手进行分析,主张在我国建立法人精神利益损害赔偿制度.
