女性素质与社会发展成本的经济学分析

女性作为劳动者,不仅增加社会劳动者的数量,而且更在相当程度和意义上决定了劳动的质量。如果撇开政治上的诸多原因,在相当意义上,一个社会的女性是否走出家门,以及将以怎样的方式参与社会,是由社会发展的成本—收益的比较所决定的。男女平等不单单是传统观念和社会道德问题,同时也必然是社会经济问题。经济的发展不仅从生产方式的改变中为女性提供了与男性越来越平等的机会,同时也为女性的自由选择提供了物质基础。

The Quality of Females and an Economic Analysis of the Cost of Social Development

Females, as job-holders, not only add to the total number of employees, but also determine their quality to a considerable degree. Leaving aside a great many political reasons, in a sense, whether females in a certain society go outside of their homes and how they have a hand in society is decided by the comparison between the cost and profit of social development. Male-female equality is a matter of traditional concepts and social morality and at the same time is inevitably a matter of social economy as well. The development of economy has supplied not only more and more equal chances with males, but also the material basis for females' free choices in the course of productive mode changes.
