| 摘 要： | 探讨了市场经济条件下财政与银行的关系、财政政策与货币政策协调和配合的理论基础。分析了当前财政政策与货币政策的协调配合,认为积极的财政政策与稳健的货币政策是正确的选择,但要防止过度利用财政政策和货币政策的倾向。

| Abstract: | This article systematically probes into the relationships between the public finance and bank as well as the theoretic basis of the coordination between the fiscal policy and monetary policy. It also states some viewpoints on the coordination between them nowadays, with the conclusion that the positive fiscal policy and moderate monetary policy are the correct choice, whereas the tendency of overuse fiscal policy and monetary policy should be prevented. |
