| 摘 要： | 中国传统文化中包含了极为丰富的管理思想。通过分析和综合中国古代传统管理思想,构建了一套全新的当代中国管理模式,即管理是一个修己安人的过程,其中,必须贯彻情、利、法、理的管理原则,实施兵家的管理谋略,以达到"无为而治"这一管理的至高境界。

The comprehensive analysis and application of traditional Chinese management thoughts |

| Abstract: | This article establishes a new contemporary management mode by analysing and synthesizing ancient traditional Chinese management thoughts contained in traditional Chinese culture. Management is a process cultivating one's moral character and reassuring the people. During the process, we must carry out managerial principles of emotion, benefit, law and ethics and take military strategy in order to achieve the highest managerial state, "Governing by doing nothing that goes against nature". |
