| 摘 要： | 超载运输使公路、桥涵过早破坏,维修养护费用明显增加,给高速公路带来了极大的经济损失。超载对路面破坏的原因是多方面的,路面设计、操作规范存在缺陷以及施工不合理是造成路面破坏的内因,超载是其外因。建议完善路面设计理论,增强路面施工监理力度,增强路面施工监理力度,采用限制超载车辆通行、以“计重收费”等措施,对超载运输进行综合治理。

| Abstract: | The over-loading bring the high-speed road great economic loss for damaging the road and bridge.The damaging reasons are various: the flaws on the design,the improper acting and the improper building are the inner reasons and the over-loading is the outer reason.It suggest to better the design theory,build properly,enhance the road build supervision,limit the overloading,to charge depend on the weight,so that to father the over-loading comprehensive. |
