| 摘 要： | 经济增长与就业之间存在着密切的关系。国内外许多学者对此进行过深入的研究,由于研究视角不同,得出的结果也有差异,但总体得出的结论是:经济增长与就业增长具有一定的相关性,即经济增长可以带动就业率的相应提高。采用计量经济学的方法从不同角度对河南省经济增长与就业之间进行定量的研究,分析河南省经济增长与劳动就业的互动模式,并提出解决我省就业增长的途径,对促进河南省经济发展与就业增长有重要意义。

| Abstract: | There exists the close relation between economic growth and employment.Many scholars in and out our country have conducted a thorough study in this regard.Because of the different angle of view,the results are of difference,but the overall conclusion is that the economic growth and employment has the certain relevance,namely the economic growth may spurs employment rate.Using the method of ecomometrics,this paper has made the quantitative research and has analysed the interaction pattern between the economic growth and employment from kinds of aspects.At last,some suggestions are proposed. |
