| 摘 要： | 清朝前期 ,湖南境内普遍建立了以储粮备荒为目的的常平仓、社仓和义仓。此期 ,封建国家制定了严格而全面的仓储管理章程 ,湖南的官民也重视修建仓储。因而 ,各地的仓储在缓解社会灾荒危机中能够发挥应有的作用。这实际上也是地方封建势力有效控制社会的一种微观反映

| Abstract: | From 1644 to 1839, the warehouses to store up grain against natural disasters, such as standing warehouse?compulsory warehouse?cooperative granary, had universally developed in Hunan. During that period, feudal ruling class formulated strict and impartial regulations of administering storehouse. Hunan's officials and common people also attached importance to structuring storehouses. Therefore, the storehouse everywhere played its proper role in alleviating famine crisis in society, which actually reflected microcosmicly that the local feudal rulers could efficiently control the regional society. |
